Protecting our Respiratory and Circulatory System




This is my project for my Science Class and we are given choices between poster making and using blog and the theme is: protecting the respiratory and circulatory system; but I`ve cross the two so that my work will be unique in some way.  



Every day we do things some of us do things that are bad to our body like drinking alcohol, smoking, eating oily and fatty food to the max level and many more,and when we do all this things every day we might caught diseases that targets and harms our Respiratory and circulatory system. Diseases that harms our Respiratory system are: Lung cancer which the tissues on the lung uncontrolled, Asthma a disorder which there are periodic episodes of contractions of smooth muscles which restricts air movements, Tuberculosis which is caused by the Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and many others.Diseases that harms our Circulatory system are: Rheumatic fever occurs when the Streptococcus pyogenes infects the body, Hypertension is a chronic medical condition that  makes the blood preasure in the arteries elevatedAthe in which an artery wall thickens as a result of invasion and accumulation of white blood cells and containing both living active WBCs and remnants of dead cells, including cholesterol and triglycerides, eventually calcium and other crystallized materials, and many more. In order for us to protect ourselves from the diseases mentioned before  and to avoiding our respiratory and circulatory diseases and protecting it can be seen below:

 Methods on protecting the Respiratory and circulatory system        and avoiding diseases of the 2 body systems in very hot way:

Having a  healthy life style-Having a healthy life makes our body systems work efficiently and our body is                                              protected from the diseases.


Eat a balance diet-Eating a balanced diet can make the immune system tougher and the diseases will say                                     "bye bye" from the diseases that threatens our body.


Avoid drinking and smoking or avoid places with drinkers and smokers-This is a very basic tip that we                                           should always remember, avoiding smoking and drinking is  the #1 way for us to                                           become healthy because we don`t invite the diseases we can take from doing those                                       things and avoiding places with drinkers can help us avoiding respiratory and                                                 circulatory diseases.


Train or practice yourself in avoiding circulatory and respiratory diseases-training or practicing can really                                                                      help us avoiding bad practices can can lead to circulatory and                                                                        respiratory diseases.

Explanation: The heart shape made by the different foods represents on how we should eat nutritious foods for protecting our body systems and the lungs with trees represents that we should avoid smoking for a better health.
